By accessing or using LyricsAI (lyricsai.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Subscription and Billing

LyricsAI offers paid subscription plans (Beginner, Pro, and Hitmaker) billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Generation limits reset at the start of each billing period.
• Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to your billing email.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not used the service. After 7 days, or if generations have been used, refunds are not provided. To request a refund, contact us at [CONTACT_EMAIL] within the eligible window.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LyricsAI to:

• Generate content that promotes violence, harassment, or illegal activity.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.
• Use automated scripts or bots to make generation requests.

• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

Lyrics generated through LyricsAI are produced by AI based on your inputs. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the output for personal or commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

The LyricsAI platform, including its design, code, and branding, remains the exclusive property of LyricsAI.

Disclaimers

LyricsAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific requirements. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or unsuitable — always review output before use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LyricsAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where LyricsAI operates.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LyricsAI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via their billing email.
